Designers put final touches on Lego Vegas at California theme park - KSBYWhat happens in Legoland Las Vegas will stay in Legoland Las Vegas _ if the designers at the Carlsbad theme park have anything to say about it.
Builders and designers are busy snapping and glue-gunning the last pieces into place on a million-dollar scale model of the famed Las Vegas Strip.
The installation officially opens today at the theme park but pint-sized visitors were able to peek through plastic barriers to watch the final touches go on yesterday.
The waist-high model features ten casinos from the black Luxor pyramid to the Stratosphere tower.
Park officials say two million bricks went into the exhibit.
