The parent company of SeaWorld Orlando and eight other theme and water parks around the country, Busch Entertainment Corp., is moving its headquarters to Orlando from St. Louis. The announcement was made this evening by Busch Entertainment's parent corporation, the Anheuser-Busch Companies.

Jim Atchison, who has been executive vice president and general manager of SeaWorld Orlando and Discovery Cove since 2003, was named president and chief operating officer of Busch Entertainment, giving him reins over 26,000 employees and a company that earned $1.25 billion in revenue last year.

Busch Entertainment Chairman of the Board and President Keith M. Kasen will assume the newly created role of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Kasen will remain in St. Louis and oversee the company's expansion initiatives.

Atchison, 41, first joined Busch as a teenager, working at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, and has worked at six of the company's parks during his career.
