A former Albuquerque Public Schools teacher has pleaded not guilty to four counts of felony voyeurism after being accused of using a video camera on a shoe to film up the skirts of young girls.

Christopher Lucero, 24, was arrested Monday at his home after accusations he was stalking and taking pictures of girls over the weekend at Cliff's Amusement Park.

Metro Court Judge Judith Nakamura on Thursday released Lucero on $15,000 bond but told him he is not allowed near the amusement park, schools or parks and cannot have any contact with minors.

A grand jury is slated to consider the case on Sept. 17.
