Albuquerque Public Schools says a man accused of videotaping up girls' skirts at an amusement park is a teacher with the district.

A spokesperson for Cliff's Amusement Park says two separate families reported seeing the man acting suspicious at the park Saturday.

When security pulled the man aside, they found he had a small camera attached to one of his shoes with wires leading up to his shirt pocket to a video camera.

Albuquerque police questioned the man. No charges have been filed, but Cliff's staff has banned the man from the park.

Late Monday, an APS spokesman confirmed the man is a teacher at Lavaland Elementary School. His name was not released.
