Winter Haven - The debut of the transplanted wooden roller coaster at Cypress Gardens Adventure Park was delayed Thursday because two safety documents had not been certified by state regulators in Tallahassee.

Kent Buescher, president of the Winter Haven attraction, said he hoped the paperwork would be completed in time for guests to ride the Starliner today.
