One day after the Cyclone and Luna Park opened for the season, visitors to Coney Island got a bird's eye view from the Wonder Wheel Sunday.

Deno's Wonder Wheel Amusement Park opened at 11 a.m. with a blessing of the rides.

The first 100 people in line got to ride the giant Ferris wheel for half-price.

Visitors to Coney Island can also ride the Cyclone, which was christened with egg cream Saturday to open the new season.

Luna Park is also up and running for its second year.

The city says the park drew more than 400,000 people last summer, the most visitors to a Coney Island amusement park in nearly 50 years.
