Darien Lake, New York’s largest theme park and water park resort, will be hiring over 2,000 positions for the 2011 season and  participating in several career fairs at local colleges and universities. Interested candidates are encouraged to call the Darien Lake Human Resources Office for an application at (585) 599-5108, then, visit a local college job fair.

Darien Lake representatives will be at career fairs on the following dates and locations: 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. March 23 at the State University of New York at Geneseo’s MacVittie College Union; 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. March 24 at the University at Buffalo’s North Campus in the Union Lobby; noon to 2 p.m. March 30 at the State University of New York at Brockport’s Union Ball Room; 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 5 at Erie Community College’s South Building 5 in the Cafe; 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 6 at Erie Community College’s North Spring Student Center in the Cafe; 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 7 at Erie Community College’s City Main Building in the atrium; 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 12 at Genesee Community College’s Batavia campus in the College Forum; 1 to 3 p.m. April 13 at Rochester Institute of Technology in Louise Slaughter Hall.

In addition to students, retirees are also encouraged to apply.
