January 17, 2007 A $10 million lawsuit has been filed in federal court by a man who said he was falsely arrested on sexual-imposition charges at Paramount's Kings Island amusement park last May.
Keith Bays, 44, has sued the park and several of its police officers. He contends that he was wrongfully arrested and "manhandled" by park police after two women complained about his behavior toward them.
The lawsuit said the charges were later dismissed.
Park officials did not return a call Wednesday morning seeking comment on the lawsuit.
