November 30, 2006 The owners of Bell's Amusement Park want more time to move.
They’ve asked for an extension to remove their equipment from the property. The lease expired November 8th and under that agreement, Bell's has 120 days to get out. But the park is now asking that it be given until September 1st to move.
Bell’s says it will take nine months to disassemble and move the park's equipment.
Tulsa County Expo Square officials expect to make a decision on the extension in the next few days.
