September 12, 2006 Producers with cable's popular The Colbert Report have invited Holiday World & Splashin' Safari's general manager Will Koch to appear on Wednesday night's broadcast.
Koch will be part of a five-minute segment about the connection Spencer County, Indiana, has to Abraham Lincoln. The nation's 16th president lived in what is now Lincoln City, Indiana, from the age of seven until he was 21. The show's host, Steven Colbert, claims a strong affinity to Lincoln.
