Residents in the Maggie Valley area are hoping that the reopening of an amusement park will boost the economy and generate hundreds of new jobs. Ghost Town in the Sky once attracted around 300-thousand visitors a season. It featured dancers, music, and staged gunfights during its nearly four decades. The park was sold Tuesday and is expected to reopen in May. It's 30 miles west of Asheville.
