Kings Island said it will offer make-up tickets to any visitors who were disappointed after a brief power outage Sunday evening. A spokeswoman at the amusement park north of Cincinnati said many of the rides lost power for only about five seconds, but riders were taken off while electrical systems were checked out and reset. An hour later, at least three rides were still shut down, though most others were operating again. Local fire and rescue crews were summoned, but authorities said no one was hurt.
