Below is the view from the balcony of Room 253 at Disney's Beach Club Villas. Room 253 is a dedicated 2 bedroom, with 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, located on the second floor. The view looks towards Epcot (and the service road), but is not on a high enough floor to see much except the fireworks though the trees. This room has one of the longest balconies, as can be seen on the second photograph. The photograph is courtesy of riggins, a member of the DISboards.
