Below is the view from the balcony of Room 244 at Disney's Beach Club Villas. Room 244 is a lock-off studio located on the second floor, with a connecting doorway to Room 246 (a one bedroom). The view looks towards Epcot, but is too low to see any of the park. Behind the trees is Epcot Resorts Blvd that runs along this side of the Beach Club Villas.
