Ride Description
This ride is presented in true Disney style. The adventure begins the moment you start toward the ride. The grounds, the interior and the preshow presentation, complete with Rod Serling, all prepare you for a mysterious adventure into the Twilight Zone. Try to take in all the ambiance, there is a lot of subtlety. Seated on a service elevator with several other passengers, you are carried up 5 floors before the elevator leaves the shaft to travel out into the hotel. Here you'll witness ghostly spectors, sounds and sights to set the stage for your dramatic plunge. You reenter the elevator shaft and are carried up 13 flights before the series of unexpected drops begins. No ride is the same twice as a computer randomly determines how many and when the drops occur. Some of the ride occurs in the dark and may be frightening for younger children.
